He’s nearly ready to settle into a permanent home in Ivy City, where he'll dream up two new five-course tasting menus each week — a chef's tasting menu and a vegetarian menu. Until then, sign up for the mailing list to keep up to date on dinners, which feature locally sourced tasting menus that sometimes go vegetarian and vegan.
